I believe in small classes; no more than twelve people. I want to be able to give everybody in the room personal attention.  

I won't be 'doing' the class with you, I'll be walking around and watching you perform the exercises so I can give you feedback - you are the most important person in the room and I want you to get the most out  of your sessions.  

Pilates is not about 'feeling the burn', Pilates is about dynamic movement with precision.   You'll be using muscles you don't even know exist, tiny muscles that are vital to stability and mobility.
