“I’ve been to lots of Pilates classes over the last decade or so and cannot recommend Meghan highly enough. I’ve previously had back and ankle surgery and she always has adaptations on hand if I’m not up to something. She notices things that other teachers haven’t and by making subtle adjustments helps you work the muscles you should be working.

She is so positive to train with and I always go away from her classes feeling stronger, longer and happier. I can say without a doubt that doing her classes over the last year have benefited me mentally as well as physically.
