My private Reformer Pilates sessions are all about you; your body, your goals, and helping you feel your very best. A private class will enable you to move, learn, and grow with confidence.
Each session is personalised to how you’re feeling that day. We’ll use the Reformer to build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and move in ways that feel good for your body. I’ll guide you through each exercise with clear, supportive instruction so you will always feel comfortable and at ease.

Private classes cost £45.00 and will be taught in my Studio at Switchboard Studios; just off Blackhorse Lane. I will provide all the equipment that we’ll need. Please contact me for availability.
